This policy shall only apply to a Consumer purchase and will not apply to a non-Consumer purchase.
There are different criteria and timescales in which you can return goods, depending on whether the goods were purchased “On-Premises” or a “Distance Purchase”
An “On-Premise Purchase” is defined with the physical presence of the consumer and the trader and/or within one of or stores at the time of the purchase.
A “ Distance Purchase” is defined as a purchase made without the simultaneous physical presence of the trader and the consumer at the time of purchase. This is combined with one of more means of distance communication throughout and at the point of sale.
With regards to an “On-Premise Purchase” we offer a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase, if the goods are returned unused, in their original condition including all packaging and free from damage.
The goods must be returned to the store they were purchased by the consumer
All returned goods will be inspected for damages and proof it is unused before a refund will be issued.
Damaged goods or missing goods will result in a refusal of a return and no refund will be issued.
Delivery fees and associated costs with the installation of any item may not be refunded.
An Approved Used Scooter can be returned within 7 days for an exchange or credit note only.
Products which may not be returned:
Recliner Chairs
Beds and Mattress’s
Wheelchairs
Commodes and other items cannot be returned due to the obvious hygiene implications
Goods that custom built to order to meet a consumer’s specifications
Goods that are clearly tailored or personalised to consumers specific needs
